What's in Our Shilajit
Shilajit forms over centuries as plant matter decomposes under the pressure and extreme weather of high mountains, then seeps from the rock as a resin. It naturally contains fulvic acid, humic acid and more than 85 trace minerals.
How It Is Made
Raw shilajit is collected by experienced local partners in Gilgit-Baltistan, then filtered and purified in small batches. From 20kg of raw shilajit we obtain roughly 1kg of purified resin.
The purified resin is sun-dried below 40°C. It is never cooked over fire or dried with synthetic heat — the slow, traditional method keeps its natural composition intact.
How It Is Made

How to Use
Take a pea-sized amount (300–500mg) on the spoon provided and dissolve it in warm water, warm milk, tea or coffee. Many people take it in the morning before breakfast, or in warm milk in the evening.
Pure resin is very sticky. Before opening, stand the jar upright in warm water for a few minutes to let the resin settle. We add 2 grams extra to each jar to cover wastage. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, speak with your health professional before adding any new supplement to your routine.

Pure shilajit dissolves completely in warm water, turning it a dark reddish-brown, with no grit left at the bottom. Resin also changes with temperature — soft and sticky when warm, firm when cold.
Powders and capsules are usually blended with carriers and fillers. We sell shilajit only as purified resin and liquid drops, with nothing added.
